Astronomers from the Ballaarat Astronomical Society run each session and love to talk about all things astronomy-related. Evening Sessions are aimed at all ages and are jam-packed: History Tour, Presentation, Stargazing, Telescope Viewing, and Q&A with an astronomer, all within 2 hours.  If the weather is cloudy, stargazing and telescope viewing will be replaced with a virtual sky tour. Alternatively, we can arrange a rain check.

When*: Saturday evenings, July 25th-September 26th, 2026. Start time depends on the month (see booking site for the exact time).

*Bookings are required for each session:

• A minimum number of participants (4) is required for each session to proceed. If this number is not met, the Ballaarat Astronomical Society reserves the right to cancel the session. In such cases, participants will be contacted and offered a refund or the option to reschedule.
