Meetings: The Society meets from 6pm for dinner and the meeting begins at 7pm on 2nd Friday of the following months: February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September (AGM), October, November, December (Christmas Breakup not formal meeting).
4th Friday of the month for Training, viewing and projects.
New Members most welcome to Members Night 2nd Friday of the Month except January. Members enjoy a discount for all programs at the Observatory, a 20% discount in the Science Shop, various discounts at Observatory Events where there is an entry charge – free if Members are helping for the event,
Memberships are available at an Individual, Family, Corporate Associate including Business and School Level. Corporate Associate Business Membership allows for up to 5 Families to visit per year and Corporate Associate School Membership allows for up to 3 classes to visit per year which is excellent value for school families (about 1/2 price for normal entry for Students in a School Group).
Junior Members under 11yrs must be accompanied by a Parent or Responsible Adult. Can BYO dinner along.
